The summer festival season got off to a great start a few weeks ago with the fantastic Brew at the Bog. Despite the chilly weather (-2 and snowing!) we had a brilliant time. There were over 30 bands playing during the day and some lovely beer courtesy of Brew Dog too. The Barroom Mountaineers were a five piece for the first time with Blair Mcmillan on drums and Euan Burton on bass, looking forward to more of this!
Next up is Insider Festival…. woo hooooo!! This was my absolute favourite last year and can’t wait! everyone should come : ) The Barroom Mountaineers are playing and I’m delighted that the Hidden Lane Choir have also been invited along to take part in the ‘Olympiad Opening Ceremony’. We’ve been rehearsing in the park and making the most of the sunny weather!
